·        Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or plagiarize clothing designs, text patterns, or photography for commercial purposes.

2. Product Accuracy and Pricing

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product displays, descriptions, and colors (such as fabric shades for our kids' eastern wear). However:

Color Variations: Actual fabric colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your digital device screen settings.

Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will contact you and return the full amount via your original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. SILKASIA is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance delays for international shipments, or unexpected weather disruptions.

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local clearance fees levied by their country's destination laws.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All purchases made on our website are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

·        Returns or size exchanges must be initiated within 24 Hours of delivery.

·        Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all SILKASIA tags intact.

·        Items purchased on seasonal clearance or final warehouse sales are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SILKASIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, products, or third-party courier services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan / Sindh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
