We will try our best to make sure buyers 100% satisfied with the products Sold shipped to them. So all goods sold from Silkasia.com.pk are covered by the policy of 5 days return and exchange.
Our Customer Service representatives will review all refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return.
All returns must be sent within 1 Week of the shipment being received. We only accept items in their original condition -unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color /style /size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
It usually takes 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. All Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
Please note that Product-Specific policies apply to Ready to Wear or Un-stitched Dresses.
If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.
If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).
If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.
Be notified that customers are responsible for customs tax which may be imposed by their own country. Customers can not require full refund or return for non-quality related issues like above issues..
Please be notified that customers are responsible for the correct delivery address from the order. Any address change from their original order will be only effective once our sales support replied by written email. Customers are responsible for the delivery delay or return back issue caused by their providing the wrong information..
Cancelling Order Policy (Before Delivery)
1. All orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
2. All orders canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.

Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you want to return or exchange dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in the original conditions-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
1. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective against described including style error, color error, damaged or mis-shipped items, you will receive a refund for the purchase price.
2. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished dress may vary approximately 1 in either direction of specified measurements. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered:
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, we are not responsible for the shipping costs including returning and sending back after modification but alteration is free of cost.
Errors caused due to customers' own specification:
If the error of unfitting regarding size/color that were made or specified by customers during purchasing our products:
The customers will not be eligible for refunds or exchange under this case.
However we can provide a size modification service to our customers for free, with customers only pay the shipping fee. A dress modification is normally done in 3 working days.
All our color swatch is shot according to the actual fabric by our company. We customize the dress according to the color you specified bases on it. However the settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on silkasia.com.pk. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. SILKASIA will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.
